By using a dashboard filter, users can quickly apply different data viewpoints to a single dashboard rather than creating additional dashboards.

Unlike Dashboard Control, after filters are set, a user viewing the dashboard can select a field in the dataset to visualize the data they concern. The filtered view is saved, so it will be displayed the next time the user accesses the dashboard.
1. Click Add Filter in the menu sidebar
2. Select the column containing the field you want to filter
3. Select the field from the filter types (number, date, text) that contains the data you want to filter from the dropdown list
4. Enter the value that you want to apply

2. Input the value to filter
3. Click Apply

2. Select the specific number, you can select multiple values to filter.
3. Click Apply

2. Select the date range

Click on the filter to change the value
Click the eye button next to the field to hide all filters contain in that field
To stop filtering, click the x button
To delete a field, click on the filter of that field and click the trash button
When you've set a filter, it will be applied to all charts in the dashboard. Click the Filter icon on the right top of a chart to show all the filters and turn them all on/off.
To remove all filters has been created, click Reset Filters in the edit menu
